Please visit the following page to download and install End User Programmer and USB drivers:

https://www.entel.co.uk/support/programming-software

Once installed run EUP and click on Reprogram and follow the instructions:

Once a radio (of the correct model) is connected its program will be loaded. Once all radios program has been loade close EUP.
