There are many user settings that can be configured either on the radio itself via the radio menu, or by using the ‘Smartphone/Tablet App’ over the air (OTA) from the Entel Poc Portal (https://pocentel.co.uk/ ) Radio settings which are configured via the portal will be the ‘default’ settings used by the radio, but can be temporarily over-ridden from radio menu until restarted. However, the following settings made via the ‘APP’ will become the preferred user settings, and cannot be changed OTA via the portal.

Smartphone/Tablet App. Setting WiFi network credentials and PoC server configuration for Tassta Server users is accomplished by using a web based APP which is accessed from a smartphone or tablet. Please see the following pages for more details:

Check for user account settings. Pressing the info button (dot button) to the right of the display will display the account Username and Server/port. If these have been manually entered, they will be prefixed with an asterix (*)

Account Reset. User account settings can be cleared via the radio menu. The radio will then revert to the OTA provisioned account settings if applicable. Go to MENU/ABOUT/ACCOUNT RESET/Confirm reset. (supported in FW 0.2.12 or later)
