DN: Blocked Clients List (BCL)
BCL. A valid user account with matching username and password must exist or be created on a server users list before any device can log in to that server. Multiple attempts to log in with the wrong credentials will result in the device becoming blocked, and entered into the Blocked clients List (BCL) until cleared from T.Commander. The DN radio does make repeated attempts to log in to a server, so if there is no matching user account for that radio on the server, or the password has been changed from the default (radio serial number), it will become blocked after a few minutes. Note: it is the device that is blocked and will apply to any other server port on the same server cube - e.g .emea1a.entelpoc.net.
How to clear blocked clients from the BCL. The BCL is managed from T.Commander.
From the dealer portal (https://pocentel.co.uk/ ), access the T.Commander web interface by clicking on the ‘Edit server’ button.
Click on the ‘Settings’ button located on the bottom left of the server page.
Now click Tools and then Blocked Clients from the list.
Users who have been blocked can now be selected and unlocked by clicking on the padlock symbol.
