Problem
Can’t access T.Commander
Cannot manage server
log4shell exploit has meant Entel needs to block public access to the E-PoC commander interface until the server is updated. Entel customers can ask to have their IP addresses added to a whitelist so that they can access it.
Solution
Determine the public IP address of your browser connection - google whats my ip
Raise a ticket on Entel Support Desk and ask for your IP address to be added to the white list
When ticket is processed you should be able to access T.Commander again
