Cannot manage server

log4shell exploit has meant Entel needs to block public access to the E-PoC commander interface until the server is updated. Entel customers can ask to have their IP addresses added to a whitelist so that they can access it.

 Solution

  1. Determine the public IP address of your browser connection - google whats my ip

  2. Raise a ticket on Entel Support Desk and ask for your IP address to be added to the white list

  3. When ticket is processed you should be able to access T.Commander again
