Radio displays error trap message

Likely cause

The radios programming data is corrupted

Resolution

Press and hold the lower side button and turn the radio on.
This will force radio going into programming mode.

Reprogram with a completely new programming file.

If the above does not address the issue, it is most likely the radio has a fault and needs returning for repair.
