DT & DX intrinsically safe radios cannot be repaired by Dealers as this would invalidate their IS approval. You can however replace the parts listed in the spare parts document. For anything else please arrange for the radio to be returned for repair (see below).
DX & DN non-IS radios have several dealer replaceable parts that are also listed in the spare parts document.
If the parts you require are not listed in the spare parts document, then you will need to arrange for the radio to be processed under warranty or our fixed price repair.
