Poor communication quality DX or DT radios

Entel’s DX & DT radios have been benchmarked against other leading makes of radios including Motorola. Range and clarity has been proven to be at least as good as, if not better, than competitors radios.

Common issues are radio programming (especially in Analogue mode), environmental constraints and local channel interference.

So we can assist you, please provide answers to all the questions below:

  • Which channels are affected Analogue, Digital, both?

  • What environment are the radios being used in?

  • Is the issue happening all the time and with all radios?

  • Are you using any audio accessories? If so please provide details.

  • Does this happen at all ranges both close and distant?

  • Has this always happened from new or has it just started happening?

  • Anything else you can share that will help us understand the issue?
