HT FI Loading Error

Attempting to fix FI loading error which is displayed on the screen like shown in picture below,

  1. Open the Entel Programming software V3.2.0.2

  2. Place the radio into programming mode (press and hold lower side button and power on)

  3. Read radio

  4. Save the attached FI 1.3.9.3 in the correct location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Entel Programmer autoupdate\Firmware)

  1. Open the Enel Flashwriter

  1. Click on the … and select the correct source file FI 1.3.9.3

  2. Click Program and allow green bar to complete the process

  3. Turn radio off and back on

NOTE: If the FI Error message still shows then the radio will need to be sent for repair/replacement or upgrade.
