DN: Setting a preferred cellular network operator
How it works:
By setting a preferred network (operator) the radio will stay on that network until the signal is too weak.
When the signal on the preferred network is too weak the radio will automatically scan for other available networks.
Once an available network is found the radio will connect to this network and will stay on this network until the signal becomes too weak when it will start scanning for any available network again and then connect to one if a suitable one is available.
Please note, once a new network has been automatically selected and connected to, the radio will not return to the preferred network setting until either:
The user re-applies the preferred network setting
OR
The radio is switched off and on again (or the battery changed)
